Recently I’ve started to take my food sensitivities much more seriously. It can be hard with how much we eat out. But eating at Disney makes it so much easier. Most restaurants on property have an allergen menu and/or the servers are very knowledgeable about how to handle sensitivities/allergies. Sometimes it’s as easy as not adding a sauce to a dish or swapping out a side to using a different component for the dish and often times they even offer to have the chef come visit the table. ✨<br /><br />I have gluten, dairy, and soy intolerances, so it can be a bit tricky to get a dish without all three of those that is equally delicious. When we went to Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, our server was phenomenal. They don’t have a separate allergen menu, but he broke down every single menu item explaining which did not include gluten, soy, or dairy and which ones did, but could be modified to be compliant. (FYI: he said that he likes their gluten-free crust better than the regular. 👍🏻) ✨ - Faroe Island Salmon w/o the parmesan brodo (GF • DF • SF)<br />- Pancetta-wrapped Meatloaf<br />- Chocolate Soufflé<br />- Sorbet Tasting (GF • DF • SF)
