This is A RASPBERRY CAPPUCCINO CAKE, it is made by whipping the raspberries into a Coffee flavoured sponge. The fruity notes of the roasted coffee compliment the ripe. Berries beautifully. The frosting is made by whipping fresh raspberries into delicious buttercream to produce a gorgeous flavour and colourful topping.
