Flowers' Don't get it wrong?
This is a just a flower taken on a walk around the state park, however, before visiting Hawaii like many I always liked the flowers, whether worn in the hair or in the lei. What I didn't realise is don't get them wrong!
You see we learnt that if
you wear a flower behind your left ear, it means you are married, taken, have a significant other, or maybe you just don't want anyone bothering you! If you wear a flower behind your right ear, it means you are single, available, and approachable.
The flowers themselves,
Plumeria – are one of the most delightfully scented flowers on Kauai and can be found in white, pink, red and yellow and are commercially grown in Hawaii for lei production.
