A month ago we just decided to book a last minute vacation. We had missed our trip to the Bahamas for a family emergency so decided to sneak away. We called the Nanny. We booked the flights. We ate allllll the goodies at Disney, which is what you do on vacation. Enjoy it! Hence the extra “fluff”

Before starting my own business and getting myself a coach our life was very different. 4 years ago we were both working. .
We could never just pick up and go. Nor did we have the funds too. 4 years ago he was working shifts. I was working 8:30-4:30 and both sceneries weren’t working for our family.

Great paying jobs. Benefits. 4 weeks vacation, but oddly enough, broke, exhausted, maxed out and arguing a lot.

I’m too busy. I can’t. I’m exhausted. I’m broke used to be my daily mantra. .
My life was full of fear, excuses, limiting beliefs that in all reality those negative thought patterns were keeping me small, unwell, weak, mediocre.

The more I sat with my pain and suffering the harder it became to make a change. Cynicism, hate, judgement, suffering was something I continued to live with. Even when my coach kindly reached out to me, I met her with bitterness and anger. Jealousy even. .
When she approached me about the business opportunity I met her with fear and doubt and uncertainty, again. Stopping me from growth. .
One day I decided I wanted more for my health, my relationship, my kids, my future and decided to get to work on myself.

If you’re still following along I’m going to be that person who will challenge your thinking. I might not always be the most popular, or get the MOST LIKES, for I’m not here to tell you what you wanna here. .
I’m here to tell you the things you DON’T want to hear so you can level up and become your highest self. .
Why? Because I know you’re capable of more, and just like I did... Sometimes all a person needs is that ONE person to believe in them. When all hope is gone.
