Well, I wish it was really profitable cause I feel pain today because of my late night workout. Returning to the gym after 12 years of recovering is not easy, and brings it’s own load of pain. Training at 50 isn’t the same as going to the gym at 20 or 30. Even after few months... I’m committed to regain my full physical good shape. Jogging will be my next step as I already do cycling.<br /><br />This was a full rack face.<br /><br />After a second thought, I won’t install a mirror in the toilet. 🤪
