Movie of the week: War for the Planet of the Apes
Caesar and his apes are residing in the forest, but an aggressive colonel among the humans provoke a final clash between apes and humans. We have got to know Caesar through three movies and this movie is a perfect end to that. It has action, drama and glimpses of humour. Andy Serkis plays the main role in a brilliant way and this movie shows how good CGI really can be. Serkis is also known for playing Gollum in The Lord of the Rings triology. The three Planet of the Apes movies makes us think about how we as humans at the top of the foodchain behave. It is an eye-opener that the apes in this movie acts way more human than the actual humans. If you haven’t seen this triology I would highly recommend it.
