It's amazing how monsoons have the uncanny ability to exist in 'duality'. Just ask around and you will have almost equal number of people who love & hate monsoons.
For some it becomes the irate feeling akin to having a nagging headache all day long. While for countless others it's the elixir to recharge their weary souls.
What's interesting is that it's not only the feeling it incites, but monsoons itself have the inherent characteristics of having two very different shades - while one comes in giving life to the parched earth left ravaged by the summers, the other unleashes the ferocity to wash away entire settlements.
The question to ask then, is that should one be happy or sad in this season. And as uncanny it may sound the answer lies in the same 'duality'. Its nature's very own way of showing us that there is no absolute right or wrong and moderation is the key. For, who can be more Moody than nature herself!
