When I first got started in the real estate business I had a long term vision to build wealth... so that I could use that wealth to help others. Whether that be to help them build wealth themselves, educate them, or help people when they are in a tough situation/trouble. . I am extremely excited to share this picture because it includes a few of the things above which is why I do everything that I do. .
1st. You'll see the family pictured. They reached out to me a while back and were poking around the idea of me buying a house from them that they were in a really tough situation with. The State was threatening to take this property due to liens from a death in the family and a few other issues with the house. Because they were not living in the property. A few weeks ago I was contacted again and they were ready to go. With the state throwing out a date of August 16th... we didnt have much time. However, The Wholesale Network got to work and lined the closing up... closing perfectly on time allowing for the family to profit from the house.... instead of just losing it. .
#2. You'll see @andrew_maley on the left. A 20 year old real estate mogul I'm helping build his empire. Teaching him everything I know... showing him how to take action on that knowledge.... and allowing him to be his own boss and make big decisions. Andrew closed this transaction all by himself. Signing for the house under a company he owns. And getting to experience what it's like to be a real estate investor at the closing table. You see... we arent all about money here. We're about the journey... and providing as much value to others as we possibly can. .
