First post in a while so here is a little collection. Tonight's dinner brought to me by Sweet Mama's Restaurant and Lake Nona Farmers Market - chicken and rice soup with turkey, pepperoni and eggplant antipasto sandwich on olive ciabatta bread. Then stir fry udon noodles, seriously delicious and maybe 10 minutes to prepare. Then chicken parmesan with soy bean pasta, which isn't awful but I'll stick with spaghetti squash moving forward. Finally chicken thighs with couscous and roasted cauliflower and a homemade asian inspired sauce. Alot of beige on one plate but very tasty.
