One of the BEST quick services on property is @thepolitepig in Disney Springs! Everything we have tried is delicious and we loved the potato salad and The Low and Slow Brisket Sandwich we tried yesterday. The sandwich is prime brisket, pimento cheese, porter barbecue, pickled jalapeños and onion straws and it is SO good! What is your favorite thing from The Polite Pig?
