I state in the Podcast that every time I Run I learn something new, be that about myself or about life or about running. Some new learnings are minuscule, but others are monumental. Some are broad and open but others are so definitive and specific. One thing for sure is that Iโm forever learning and forever finding gratitude, even during times of difficulty. โฃ

So I figured why not start documenting the findings - properly. I donโt know how regularly Iโll do this, or how many exactly Iโll share via this space but Iโm committing myself to write it down somewhere. โฃ

So I figured this will be reason #1 and Iโm sure along the way old and new findings will comeโฃ
to me. โฃ

A fairly broad reason, which brings with it many more specific reasons to run. Before running I didnโt enjoy the outdoors as much, since discovering running I appreciate getting outdoors much more now, even during the wind and rain. โฃ
I love the views I get to see whilst Iโm out running. Though this picture was not taken necessarily โon a runโ but rather climbing up Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons National Park, (886m / 2906 ft) we did run a mile on the descent. And had I not found my love for running and getting outdoors, I wouldnโt have been so drawn to doing such an activity. Maybe I would have eventually, but I donโt think it would have been for the very same enjoyment and appreciation I have today. โฃ
