Take time to stop and smell the sunflowers🌻 .<br />It still feels very much like summer. But over the past week or so, I’ve noticed that it’s getting darker noticeably earlier in the evenings, which signals that fall isn’t too far away. And although it’s still daylight until at least 8:00 even with earlier sunset, this change reminds me that in just two and a half months it will be dark before 6:00. ▫️<br />.<br />As I’m simultaneously savoring the last bits of summer and looking forward to fall, I’m reminded how the calendar seasons often mirror seasons of life. Sometimes we are  celebrating new beginnings and additions into our lives, while also grieving loss and change from previous seasons. ▫️<br />.<br />I have particularly felt this sentiment in my life during 2018 & 2019. There’s been a lot of exciting new blessings and adventures, but also some difficult losses and changes. .<br />Anyways, that’s just some random Sunday night ramblings I have for y’all! Has anyone ever experienced similar feelings?
