Located on the 16th floor of the Gran Destino Tower, Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood is a bustling restaurant at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort with an expansive views of WDW. You can even see the fireworks from Disney's Hollywood Studios in the distance if you are dining late.
This is the vegan Plant-based 'Seafood' presentation that fashions veggies to look like prepared seafood atop a delicate bed of couscous. The entree is really quite interesting. I liked the different textures and citrus notes. I wasn't a big fan of the "crab cake" because it is similar to a corned beef hash, but overall I was pleased.
