Fear is just a signal. .
Until you attach a perception to it. .
I like seeing fears as a signals that I'm about to grow. .
Unless a wild animal bares it's teeth at me. .
Then it would be a sign to get the hell out of there 😅.... .
Or..... Show my own teeth 😎 Arrrghhhh .
So why is fear a growth signal? .
One of the biggest fear humans face is the fear of unknown. .
The unknown is a funny bee 🐝 .
You are both Terrified of it, since you don't know what to get ready for, no control, and get 🦋🦋🦋 in your stomach from the Exiting anticipation of what the unknown is about to bring. .
You CHOOSE. .
Yet, How do you choose your feelings? .
Especially when your natural reaction is Fear.... .
And Why would you NOT want to get comfortable with the state of fear? .
