Acro yoga -Impossible becomes possible!! Foot to hand walk. This was one of my dream pose 2 years ago! When I first saw a posting ( don’t remember who post it) I thought to myself, that’s so cool! I wish I can do it. Then I tried it low ( base kneel down) and seem quite impossible and I ditched the idea. Two years later that desire comes back. @superdaveyoga and I both think with practice we can do it! Yes, it’s possible!!
