It’s Great Bowerbird breeding season and its very entertaining! Been watching this bower for a number of years now and its great to see the males busy building and decorating their bowers and then displaying to the females. This female has come in to check out his bower. She is standing inside the bower while he presents her with various objects such as this red hairband he found. He puts his wings down and jumps around the bower making a very distinct call while she looks on. It is quite a spectacle and quite humorous to behold his display! While at this bower, six bowerbirds visited.
