If you have a sensitive stomach, here are a few tips to help you avoid problems while traveling:

🌀Drink lots of water. It’s really not cliche. Water helps cleanse and hydrated the body. Two things you should definitely be aiming for.
🌀Start probiotics approximately two weeks before you trip. Probiotics are believed to promote a healthy gut. 🌀Eat small meals and trusted snacks. This gives the stomach a chance to process the foods you’re eating. This is not the time to binge!
🌀Exercise to aid digestion. You don’t have to spend a hour a day in the gym. Think brisk sunset walks.
🌀Avoid spicy foods and raw/undercooked foods for obvious reasons.
