To be honest, 5 pounds heavier a month ago really didn’t make a huge difference. The number on the scale is one thing, but how you feel is what really matters. I feel confident and lean and like I’m finally getting to where I’ve been working towards for over a year now. <br />It’s not a race, it’s a lifestyle change that takes serious commitment. I don’t eat fast food, I stay away from dairy, and I try not to eat empty carbs. <br />But... I am only human and yes I allow myself a treat! If I feel like In N Out, I get it! The key is balance ✨
