Walking and Talking
One of our favorite activities together as husband and wife is taking our dogs for walks. This is our time to enjoy the outdoors together, soak up the vitamin D and talk about our day with one another.
It’s not a long walk, maybe 2 miles but it’s just enough to wind down the evening together. Not only are we able to put in a bit of daily exercise but are also building our communication with one another.
Take 30 minutes out of your day to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors and time with one another.
