Peanut Butter Oat Muffins from the 4th edition of Muffins Fast and Fantastic by Susan Reimer⁣⁣⁣<br />⁣⁣⁣<br />CHANGES I MADE ⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ I added a little vanilla bean paste. I can't be more accurate than that because I added the end of my @taylorandcolledge jar⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ The recipe suggests adding chopped dried apricots. I thought that was an odd combination so I added 1 small chopped banana 🍌 instead⁣⁣⁣<br />⁣<br />NOTES⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ The recipe says to use:⁣⁣⁣<br />75 g to 85 g sugar. I used 80 g⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ I made 15 muffins of 55 to 65 g of batter ⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ I baked for 21 minutes at 190 C (but preheated the oven to 200 C and turned the temperature down when putting the muffins in the oven⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ I omitted the optional chocolate chips⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ The recipe just says "Peanut Butter", I used crunchy peanut butter ⁣⁣<br />VERDICT⁣⁣⁣<br />¤ Again, not very sweet, they taste "healthy", if you know what I mean.
