This is the first meal I’ve truly cooked in our new house! I was so proud that I accidentally made my peppers look pretty 😆
I made stuffed pepper “stew” in my @instantpotofficial Its gluten, dairy, soy& nut free! It’s also so easy, the hardest part is chopping the peppers :) I made a double batch so I can freeze half for when school starts back up next week!! It turned out about perfect 😋
Since these blackberries were monsters, I cut toddler’s in half....and since they’re were so pretty, I cut mine in half too! 😆
