(How long do you feel JOMO, what usually prevents you from feeling it for extended periods of time?)⁠<br />⁠⁠<br />As we mentioned, as business owners, we know it’s not always possible (or wise), to seek JOMO all the time... after all, we are in business to bring our products and services to those who need us, and it’s important we use social media to remind folks that we’re here for them.⁠<br />⁠<br />For many business owners, true JOMO is only possible when they take a brief digital detox, shutting themselves off from social media so that they’re not bombarded with unsettling thoughts about what competitors are doing or what customers and clients are expecting of them.⁠<br />⁠<br />But what if there was a way to find a balance between the inevitable FOMO and JOMO? We all want MORE joy, delight, happiness, and satisfaction when we tap to open platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. What if we flipped the script? What if JOMO actually stood for something else?! Stay tuned… we have a NEW and IMPROVED acronym we think you’ll like. 🤞🏼
