This morning totally did not go as planned.

I snoozed my alarm for almost an hour so I woke up an hour later than usual.
.
This meant that only one of my two workouts was done and I am currently not hitting my two workouts a day goal.
.
I’m sharing this to show that things don’t always go as planned but where there is a will there is a way. There is definitely a way that this second workout will get done.

I’ve made a promise to myself and remember I’m working on not breaking those.
.
I’ll check back in with you later I’ve completed that second workout.

I need to stay committed and keep this goal, otherwise I won’t meet my halfway point tomorrow. There’s no way I’m giving that up!
