When I first joined Bookstagram about a month ago, soo many people recommended that I read this book. I finished it last night and can see why this is recommended. It’s a really thought provoking book. ⠀

This was really well written and believable. The main character is 16 and you feel like you’re reading from a 16 year old perspective. ⠀

Lots of interesting and relevant issues raised within this book; racism, inequality, politics and so on. I could imagine this being studied in schools. If it’s not then it ought to be! ⠀

This is a powerful book aimed at teenagers but is still relevant for adults. I highly recommend. 5 ⭐️ for the writing!
