Lets talk about TIME.  It’s what we want the most, but it’s the resource we treat the worst. #micdrop<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />30 minutes a day of an efficient workout plan.  That’s what I committed to when I first started my journey. That is equivalent to: 📺 30 minutes less of Netflix 🤳🏾 30 minutes less of Facebook scrolling 😴 30 minutes less of a mid day nap<br />🛌 30 minutes less of sleeping in <br />Now some of you have already rolled your eyes & continued to scroll — totally fine ... I did it to ... but to the girl who is still reading this, I want to give you a little tough lovin😏 .<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />I hear you when you say you don’t have the time.  Whether it’s the time to workout or just to have some alone time dedicated to yourself.  As a veterinarian & mom of two & fur mom of four & an army milso counting down deployment days & a CEO who runs a thriving business — time is not on my side!  But let me tell you what, girl — you will NEVER 👏🏻 HAVE 👏🏻 THE 👏🏻 TIME! <br />A fairy will not come down and say “ahh girl you look like you could use 20 more minutes to work out a day — here you go babe” 🧚🏻‍♀️ NOPE — YOU GOTTA MAKE THE TIME! <br />For me , it looked like going to bed a little earlier so I can get the right amount of sleep.  It looked like getting up a little earlier to do my workout in the morning, when I wasn’t exhausted from a long day at work.  It looks like listening to my personal development on my way to work. It looks like using my lunch break to connect with other ladies like YOU. <br />Because, you don’t ever have the time — YOU MAKE IT.  So, the truth is that it’s just another excuse. Look, I don’t tell you that lightly, because I know it hurts — it hurt when I read it too. But I needed to hear it so badly because that’s where change begins — when you’re uncomfortable.  So are you ready for a change ... are you ready to finally ditch excuses and make the time?! 👀
