Not to bad. Despite the fact that I'm not a cardio person I might have to hit this one on a daily. The area I need most work on is the inner thighs. I can't step up too fast on one leg, which is a must for some of the drills in training. I'm at like 20% out of 110% with where I used to be with speed. Getting there one day at a time.
