If you choose to workout when the kiddies are awake, make them a part of it and have fun!
I found that it works like a charm when in days when I want to sleep in. Trying to do it with Mia up ignoring her the entire time is the WORST and it takes me forever to get it done.
We had the best time today!
It also sets a good example to get up and move instead of sitting on the couch like a lump on a log!
