#throwback to this time last year, round 8 of the Trunce.

Iv posted numerous times about the Trunce and gone on about how much I love it, and this post is no different.
With the series been held on Monday evenings throughout the year (March - September) I do find them difficult to get to with work, as I know a lot of people do you race it.
I did manage to get to 5 of the 9 events last year though which is the most Iv ever done in the 4 years Iv been doing the event.
It’s been a different story this year though, managing to make only 1 of the 8 races so far. Work has really got in the way this year, either working away or not getting home in time to get to the events.
I set myself the goal of doing 50 races this year, but along with the 7 Trunce races Iv missed and several others (again mainly down to work) that’s not going to happen now.....not even close. 🤷🏼♂️
Im really hoping I can make the last Trunce race of the year in a few weeks as it is one of my favourite events, and I have really missed it this year. The course, the Fell family, the post race beer.....the whole shebang.
