First workout after taking 3 days off. Work has been so hectic that all I want to do is rest/sleep. I’ve had great recovery days, but I NEEDED to get back to working out. And today was great!

I started phase 2 of #morningmeltdown100 and enjoyed the new moves! Definitely keeps me on my toes and challenges my body!
