Yacht Club is a deluxe resort in the Epcot Area. It’s connected to its sister resort, Beach Club. Now I say this with each of the Epcot Area resorts but I think it’s worth repeating. The Epcot crescent lake resort area is my favorite place to stay at Disney World. •

Why? You are walking distance or a boat ride from, not one, but TWO parks (Epcot & Hollywood Studios). You are even shorter walking distance from 5 resorts, each with their own theming and offerings. Also, geographically speaking it is located smack dab in the middle of WDW property. So even the furthest reaches like Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, and Magic Kingdom are not that far away to travel to.

But here’s a couple of things that makes the Yacht Club specifically unique.
1) Dig Friendly: Yacht Club is 1 of 4 resorts on property that allow dogs to stay (with a price of course). They are not allowed in common areas like restaurants, the pool, etc., but you can take up to 2 dogs per room!
2) The Wonderful World of Wine: Did you know on the 2nd Wednesday of each month Yachtsman Steakhouse hosts a wine tasting event. Tasting begins at 3pm and it’s $45 per person. You must be 21 or over and you can call Disney Dining to reserve a spot.
