Day 1: Robert MacFarlane's Underland: A Deep Time Journey. Do I need to explain why??

The book is an exploration of the world below our feet, written after 10 years of research/exploration. It takes us on an extraordinary journey into our relationship with darkness, burial, and what lies beneath the surface of both place and mind. It also discusses our relationship with the Earth and raises important issues about our effect on it.
For my first day I am tagging @unshelvededition because they have a MASSIVE collection of books and I'd be curious to see what their favourite covers are. 🧐 If you feel like posting just one or none at all, it's really fine 😉
