Orecchiette con la come di rapa - this is a typical dish that my Zia Assunta from Puglia used to make and my Mario just makes it perfectly!
500g of Orecchiette
A bunch of fresh rape shop the tips and add in with the orecchiette when there is only 3-4 minutes left for them to cook.
In another pan add two cloves of whole garlic, a few chopped up fresh pulpy tomatoes and a jar of anchovy.
Once the orecchiette is ready strain and add to the pan. Remove garlic and serve! Delizioso
