On August 23, 30 years ago, about 2 million people from the Baltoc states Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania joined their hands forming a 375 miles-long human chain from Tallinn through Riga to Vilnius. It was a powerful gesture to fight for freedom and democracy and - to stand together to regsin the independence of the Baltic States.
