Honestly. I’m heartbroken that this is all gone. I slow cooked a beef joint with some garlic sliced ‘pierced’ into it with a can of Pepsi Max & a glut of dark soy sauce for 10 hours 🤤
It fell apart in my hands, mixed with a few tbsp of @crucial_sauce bbq
Served on a beautiful white sub roll, with red onions, @mrselswood sliced burger pickles, mozzarella & ‘special sauce’ 😂 (Bbq sauce, mustard & mayo)
Off plan as it’s weigh day but if anyone’s interested it would be part HexA for the mozzarella, beef is free & the onions & pickles are Speed. Syns for sauce. The roll is where the big syns are but could deffo do this on a @promiseglutenfree roll for HexB!
