The PUT 85K route will introduce you to the Eastern and Central part of Pohorje. It offers an excellent and original opportunity to experience trail running on the trails of the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. The trail winds over the wine-growing region of Pohorje hills, observational ridges, along ski slopes, past hospitable cottages, through rich forests, across numerous streams, past secluded lakes, following the moss overgrown pathways of Pohorje marshes and through wild gorges of Pohorje. It is an unforgettable trail running experience combined with discovering the attractions of Pohorje such as Meranovo, Bolfenk, Maribor cottage, Areh, Trije Kralji, Črno jezero, Osankarica, Tiho jezero, Pohorje marshes, Šumik cottage, Lobnica gorge and many other hidden corners of the pristine nature of Pohorje.
