We found this Buffalo dead one afternoon and there wasnt a predator, or any other cause of death, to be seen. Luckily it was 10kms or so from our camp so we went straight back in the morning and found this young male lion feasting. The Buffalo was quite ripe by this time and the lion was going for the soft bits, starting at the back. I tried to go back a couple times every day but the smell became pretty overpowering and i got voted down :(
