It takes a lot of energy to try to compete and improve and impress. That’s the reason some people are worn out. When you live in a proving mode, it’s like you’re on a treadmill. As soon as you prove to one person that you’re okay, you’ll see somebody else that you need to impress. You’re working hard but not going anywhere. Run your race; be your best!
