pasta salad always 😫🤤
we love beets and have been trying to incorporate them in meals more and even cooking them in general so this time we loaded up our normal pasta salad recipe with a few extra goodies with beets being one of them! we also added broccoli and heirloom tomatoes. Daniel made this awesome homemade lemon dill vinaigrette dressing to top it off and it was just perfect for a nice summer day! Happy Saturday everyone we hope to be posting more the next few days as we will be off, but in the meantime- enjoy 😉
