Hey I made the podium with Miles and Molly! The Quantico Tri was such a fun race. It was quite the challenging course. 750 m walk/run I mean swim in the Potomac River, 12+ (little sketchy on distance) bike around the base and a 3.1ish mile trail run (pretty sure all uphill) around the Marines obstacle course and training grounds. Goals: have fun, push myself into that uncomfortable zone and look..I mean thank every Marine out there today.
