🎨 Art helps me process my emotions without trying to intellectually resolve them. .
👁 I believe our feelings are vessels for important messages, and in order to receive the true divine guidance in them, we mustn’t try to “fix” the feeling but rather become quiet enough to receive the message in it. For me, creating art helps my mind become quiet enough to receive.
