Hardest thing to do when your going through some hard times or aren’t feeling 100% is to focus on the goal you’ve set for yourself. But you have to find ways to remind yourself of why you set those goals to begin with and get your mind right. I personally struggle with getting my workouts started  when I’m feeling down or stressed out, so to fix this I have few ways to getting my mind right. I either listen to some personal development or I have @valdezj__  or @__gustavito smack some sense into me.
