let’s talk sauna. in my quest to be zen af I decided to invest in one. the health benefits are really endless so it was a no brainer for me. however, they’re not all created equal. every quality sauna on the market is around 3k (don’t invest in 💩) months and months of research and shrinking down my top 5 choices to 1 was pretty stressful!
