I've used some magical Photoshop wizardry to unfold Frieder's lower arm and take this picture of his lanternfish tattoo. 🧙♂️
With this tattoo I had one of those really rare breakthrough moments, when something clicks inside of your head. Tattooing this piece felt so free and easy like painting with a brush. And after this tattoo something had changed, tattooing felt really different in a way. It's hard to explain, but I'm really grateful for this experience which I didn't have for a long time anymore. And I'm full of respect for all the milestones that the journey to mastering this craft has to offer. I don't know if it makes sense or a difference to you, but it makes a difference to me. -
