The accidental fish is still alive and almost adult sized! It's been about 4 weeks, so, maybe another 1-2 weeks?

The floaty plant has grown roots nearly all the way down the jar to the soil, the anubias looks patchy but seems to be rooting, the cryptocoryne are doing great. I'm pleased there are lots of oxygen bubbles!

The pond snails are multiplying and pooping on everything. But hey at least I get to keep an aquatic pet after I give the fish back 🤣
