We went to Fiorenzo Italian for @visitorlando #MagicalDining + ate one of the best meals we've ever had in Orlando!! Appetizers: white bean minestrone + local heirloom tomato caprese w/ cashew ricotta. Entrees: from-scratch chick'n parmesan (tempeh-based) w/ mafaldine pasta, plus a creamy farro + orzo risotto w/ roasted cauli, Alfredo sauce, pea veloute + perfectly crisp Brussels sprouts. Dessert: chocolate cheesecake, also made in-house. The starter white bread and Italian herb bread w/ oil are vegan. Fiorenzo in the Hyatt on I-Drive really puts their all into making their vegan dishes. The manager said they have an interest in reducing meat consumption.
