Two years ago today, Elvis and I arrived in Colorado to start our new life. We left behind Minnesota and everyone we knew to chase our dreams of mountain life and minimal winters. The. Best. Decision. I wasn’t too worried about making friends but I never imagined I’d make such great ones! We have found a group of people and dogs that we mesh with so incredibly well. We spend our weekends camping and hiking in the mountains. We enjoy our short winter now. We’ve added Magnolia and Maurice to our little family. We are flourishing. 😍
