It’s been about 8 months since I became a trainer at @f45_dallasarena. When I first started, I didn’t know all of the things it would bring into my life. Yes there’s amazing workouts, but at the core of it all there is so much more. I found another family who push me everyday to be the best version of myself in everything I do. There’s nothing better than a place where you can leave all of the stress at the door and just focus on yourself and your fitness goals in that 45 minutes. Lucky to be a part of this special fam ❤️💙
