Last BBQ of the season tonight so had to whip up some pastry for the occasion. Decided to have a bash at @helen_goh_bakes and @ottolenghi Chai Brûlée Tarts from #Sweet , absolutely delicious 😍 I messed up the blowtorching as I was rushing (hence the slightly blurred picture too) but I was so ready to eat them I honestly don’t care 😂😂😂 Flaky pastry with a chai infused custard and all topped with a crisp caramelised layer, they went down an absolute treat.
