Initiated into my first sacred cacao ceremony. Incredible connection, divine energy and strong healing. So many medicines...dance and breath and chant and gaze. And of course, the magical cacao elixir that warmed inside like a slow golden fire and made each connection with other souls in the room feel like a cosmic decision. A beautiful, heart opening experience and one that shone a little light on tender areas that need more nurturance and created a sense of abundant joy in hidden corners of my heart that until now had been small and quiet.
