The past two mornings, I’ve enjoyed @spiceandtea Victorian Chai tea with breakfast. It has the typical chai ingredients: ginger, cardamom, black pepper, fennel. This blend is made with Earl Grey tea instead of the typical plain black tea. The bergamot adds more warmth to the ginger and black pepper while the rose petals and lavender buds gives it a floral, romantic flavor reminiscent of the Victorian era (I would know, I lived though it 🤣). I added milk and brown sugar and voila!
